Dr. Schwaegerle is a fellowship-trained, orthopedic manual physical therapist who takes pride in providing the highest-level, evidenced-based treatments to her patients.

Kristen grew up in the seacoast NH region, completing her undergraduate degrees at UNH before going on to ride and train horses professionally for a few years. She later returned to school at UVM to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

 

Working full-time in busy outpatient settings, Kristen has gained extensive experience evaluating and treating a wide range of acute and chronic orthopedic conditions and injuries as well as pre- and post-surgical rehab. 

 

Throughout this, she has continued to actively advance her education and certifications in dry needling, spinal manipulation, gait and foot mechanics, and other treatments. Kristen continues to pursue advanced education in new and emerging techniques to the benefit of her patients.
